Sienna Osadon
AMFT
Sienna works with children, young adults, mothers, and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and emotional disconnection. With children, her work begins with curiosity, honesty, and the many ways children express what words cannot. Sienna helps children feel seen, safe, and understood as they learn to navigate big emotions and meaningful changes in their lives. Through play, creativity, and gentle exploration, she creates space for healing, confidence, and growth.
Sienna also supports young adults facing uncertainty, self-doubt, and transitional periods; mothers holding both the beauty and complexity of motherhood; and couples seeking to reconnect when closeness feels distant or strained.
Her approach integrates psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care, supporting healing of both mind and body. Therapy with Sienna offers a grounded, compassionate space to slow down, listen deeply, and make sense of what has been silenced, carried, or is ready to be understood.
