Our Grief and Loss group provides a compassionate space for individuals navigating the pain of losing a loved one. This group is facilitated by trained therapists who guide participants through the stages of grief, emotional processing, and healing.

You’ll find comfort, understanding, and community as you move through your grief at your own pace.

Open to adults of all backgrounds and faiths.
