Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Britania Lee is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) who earned her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Britania has experience working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, grief, and trauma. She draws from evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based interventions, and motivational interviewing while tailoring treatment to each client's unique strengths, goals, and experiences.

Britania believes that healing begins within a safe therapeutic relationship and values authenticity, curiosity, and compassion in her work. She is dedicated to helping clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.
