MFT Trainee
Ashley is a dedicated and compassionate trainee therapist who brings warmth, insight, and curiosity to her clinical work. Originally from the Bay Area, she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boise State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Her experience working in crisis treatment deepened her commitment to supporting others through life’s most challenging moments. Ashley values a collaborative, evidence-based approach and is particularly drawn to psychodynamic therapy, exploring how past experiences shape present relationships and emotions.
She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their journey toward growth and healing.
