Andrea is a graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at San José State University, where she is developing expertise in organizational effectiveness, leadership, and professional development. She is passionate about applying psychological principles to create systems that support both clinicians and the clients they serve.

As the Clinical Coordinator at Hillside Wellness Center, Andrea plays an integral role in overseeing the practicum training program and supporting the development of future mental health professionals. She works closely with trainees, supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure a structured, collaborative, and supportive clinical learning environment. Through coordination of training, onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day clinical operations, Andrea helps foster an experience that allows trainees to build confidence, strengthen their clinical competencies, and grow into ethical, compassionate clinicians.
