Aliza Podwol

AMFT

Grounded in spiritual and depth psychology within a psychodynamic framework, Aliza explores the unconscious, shadow, and dreams as pathways to insight, integration, and wholeness. She also incorporates somatic and mindfulness-based approaches to support mind–body awareness, emotional regulation, and nervous system balance. Aliza views therapy as an invitation to uncover inner strengths, cultivate clarity, and reconnect with one’s deeper sense of purpose.

Aliza believes therapy offers a powerful space for transformation, healing, and self-discovery. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, fostering an environment where clients feel deeply heard and supported. She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns, guiding them toward greater authenticity, fulfillment, and emotional well-being.
