Alex received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology (MFT) from Pepperdine University.

Alex works collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families, tailoring interventions to each person’s unique needs. With an emphasis on depth-oriented therapy, Alex incorporates family systems and client-centered approaches to support clients in uncovering underlying patterns in their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them approach life’s challenges with greater clarity and insight.
