Emotional Regulation & Social Skills Group (Ages 8–12)

Designed for older children, this group focuses on strengthening emotional regulation, social communication, and peer relationship skills. Participants learn developmentally appropriate strategies for managing emotions, navigating social situations, and building confidence in group settings.

Focus areas may include:

  • Emotional awareness and expression
  • Coping and self-regulation strategies
  • Social communication and peer relationships
  • Managing frustration and transitions
  • Building independence and confidence

Family Workshops & Psychoeducational Groups

Periodic workshops and short-term groups designed to support families through education and shared learning.

Topics may include:

  • Supporting children with developmental differences
  • Strengthening family communication
  • Understanding sensory and emotional needs
  • Navigating school-related challenges
  • Family stress management and resilience-building
