Jasmine is trained in attachment theory and family systems. Her work focuses on helping people build a stronger foundation for their relationships. She believes in meeting challenges, barriers, and the often turbulent times where people feel stuck in their relationships with courage to embrace the opportunity to grow and create. Jasmine works primarily with couples and families with diverse cultural backgrounds. She has experience working with people who struggle with anxiety, PTSD, trauma, family conflict, and grief. She is also a certified pre-marital counselor helping couples navigate through the transitional time in their relationship.
