A proud Los Angeles native, Tessa Kraemer is excited to bring her passion for mental wellness and community to Sherman Oaks! With a background in theatre arts and a profound interest in the human experience, Tessa is driven by a desire to understand and heal the impact of trauma.

After graduating with distinction from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Theatre Arts, Tessa, like everyone, was faced with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. In realizing the psychological effects of this global crisis, Tessa returned to academia to pursue her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in psychological trauma.

Leading from a trauma-informed lens, Tessa is motivated to create a safe, empathic space for individuals to heal and pursue their inner strength, agency, and resiliency.
