Daliya Karnofsky is currently finishing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling from Antioch University. After previous careers as a writer and performer, her fascination with human connection, interaction and relationship dynamics led her towards a career as a professional Dating Coach for the last four years. Helping people get to know themselves on a deeper level through romantic relationships led Daliya to the field of therapy, where she focuses on gaining a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s history, changing the narrative, and building on one’s own resources and resilience.

Daliya is passionate about working with couples and individuals utilizing psychodynamic and solution-focused techniques and building awareness of how to foster both growth and self compassion.
